On Saturday, June 8th, 2024, day 246 of the Israeli invasion of Gaza, Israeli forces continued their relentless airstrikes of all parts of the Gaza Strip.

At least eleven civilians were killed and 14 others were injured, including at least 8 children, in an Israeli shelling on a house in Gaza City, before dawn on Saturday.

Local sources confirmed that the Israeli occupation forces targeted an inhabited house in Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza City belonging to the Muhanna family, which led to the death of five Palestinians and the injury of 14 others, most of them children and women.

This follows a week of high-profile attacks on Palestinian civilians by Israeli forces, including setting a tent camp ablaze with airstrikes and attacking a UN School where displaced Palestinians had taken refuge.

A correspondent with the Palestinian Wafa news agency reported that the occupation artillery shelled with dozens of shells the neighborhoods of Zeitoun and Sabra in Gaza, and in the vicinity of the new camp north of Nuseirat in the central Gaza Strip.

6 civilians were killed and others were injured in the Israeli occupation shelling of a house belonging to the Shaheen family in Block 12 in Al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, coinciding with artillery shelling and shooting from military vehicles east of the camp.

In the city of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, the occupation shelled separate areas, especially the Al-Hashash neighborhood in the Oraiba area, north of the city.

The Israeli occupation forces continue their aggression by land, sea and air on the Gaza Strip since the seventh of last October, resulting in the killing of 36,731 Palestinians, most of them women and children, and more than 83,530 injured, while thousands of victims are still under rubble, and in the streets, and ambulance and rescue crews cannot reach them.
